Improving Transformation Results in Corporate Organisations with Adaptivity That Fits Featured

Speaker: Roland Flemm & Alexey Krivitsky
Language: English
Format: Talk

Many Corporates struggle to adopt agile in a way that it delivers on its promise to make the company fast, flexible and efficient. Global consultancy firms have great pitches on how to adopt agile framework. The marketing slides are great, but are the results too?

Context is everything. We believe that every corporate needs to discover their own Agile adoption path. Your adoption is unique and cannot be replicated to other corporates. However, we also see similarities and recurring patterns that you might want to consider to reduce risk and increase the success chances of your transformation journey.

In this workshop, we propose a context-driven approach to find the level of adaptivity that fits your situation and appetite for agility. We want to offer a realistic palette of corporate transformation strategies.

Learning objectives
Participants of this talk will learn:
— Understand what a starting point of minimal agility is.
— How LeSS and LeSS Huge frameworks can be seen as a perfection vision rather than an unreachable idealistic view.
— To identify pros and cons of different agile transformation approaches (wide and shallow over narrow and deep).
— Learn how to navigate the Adaptivity map to improve their implementation of agile at scale.
— To leverage results of Spotify/Tribes-like and SAFe adoptions, their positive and negative dynamics and how to move forward to overcome negative side effects and grow towards perfection.

In this interactive session, the participants will receive a hands-on thinking tool (a personalized Adaptivity map) that allows each participant to design a tailored, long-lasting roadmap to grow their organization adaptivity towards perfection.
